I am Margie Jameson, a Certified Health Coach, and founder of Take 2 Wellness. Having a background in education, entrepreneurship, program development, networking & career coaching, and my own health crisis, I became my personal advocate and led myself back to a balanced state of wellness. I have directed my passion for Health and Wellness to educating others how to focus on a balanced lifestyle, either to avoid a health catastrophe, or recover from one.
After battling nerve and joint pain, (which left me on a cane) inflammation, low blood pressure, digestive problems, blurred vision, fatigue, depletions in Vitamin D, B, Potassium and more, I began researching my symptoms on my own. Becoming my personal health advocate and working together with my primary care physician, specialists were found. After months of tests, it was discovered that I was intolerant or allergic to most of the foods I was eating. Adjusting my diet and lifestyle to meet my own personal needs...Bio-Individuality...is what brought me back to health!
I lived through it, pulled myself out of it with the help of my family, friends, and doctors; and I can help you, too!

Through education and personal experience, clients are taught how to focus on creating balance in areas including lifestyle, career, spirituality, social life, physical activity, home cooking, finances, and health.
