Dairy Free Ranch Dressing


Prep Time

60 minutes soaking time, 5-10 minutes actual prep time.

Prep Notes

You will need a high-powered blender such as a Vitamix or a Ninja.Or you can use an immersion blender. If you use an immersion blender, be patient and start with your blender at the bottom of a cylinder type mixing cup. Slowly and repeatedly move the blender up and down until the desired creaminess and texture is reached.

Ingredients

½ cup cashews, soaked and drained

½ cup unsweetened original almond/coconut milk

3 Tbsp. freshlemon juice

3 green onions, chopped, use green and white part of onion.

¼ Tsp. sea salt

¼ Tsp. freshly ground pepper

½ Tsp. onion powder

Tsp. garlic powder

2 Tbsp. fresh parsley

Directions

Soak cashews in water for at least 3 hours. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender or use an immersion blender to blend all together until desired texture and consistency is reached.

Keep refrigerated. (Use as a dressing or a dip.)
