Oil a small spring foam pan and heat oven to 375 degrees
1 3/4 cups oat flour
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened original almond/coconut milk mixed with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 large beaten eggs
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons melted dairy free soy free Earth Balance Spread
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Next add the remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
Place the dough in a prepared spring foam pan.
Use a knife to make a cross on the top of the mounded dough
Sprinkle with almond flour
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and it passes the toothpick test!
Enjoy on St. Patrick's Day and through out the year!
