Exercise, Eating Right For Me, and Relaxation, OH MY! Where to start!
I am so excited to share my story with anyone who would like to listen! I have come so far in the last 4 years, and if I can transform my life at my age YOU CAN TOO! I decided to TAKE 2 WELLNESS after I crashed in September 2011. Yes, that's right, I absolutely crashed and was out for the count. I found myself very sick and in pain for 5 months. However, after only 2 months, I decided that I would take control, be my own advocate, and find my wellness zone and stay there. I am happy to report that for two years I have been able to maintain a new me. I would love to help you feel as good as I do...and maybe even better! I am in the process of building my website, and enhancing the features. Stay tuned and I will fill you in.
